For 4 months, the two brothers Julien and Hervé have been working hard to get everything ready for the opening of their new restaurant. The establishment was baptized Le Quai Choiseul and opened its doors last Tuesday.
Since Julien came to help his father in his own restaurant, at La Plage Gourmande, he has never left the restaurant business. Together, they embarked on renovation work to give a cosy, warm and friendly atmosphere to their new restaurant.
The restaurant is open all year round, 7 days a week, and offers typical Albigensian cuisine with essential dishes from the region. Radish with salted liver, Albigensian triple with saffron, confit duck legs will be the “star” dishes on the menu. “All our products are fresh and local, and all our dishes are homemade!” Hervé exclaims. Offering quality cuisine rich in flavor is the objective of the two brothers.
The terrace facing the Toulouse-Lautrec museum can accommodate up to 50 people and the room almost 30. Hervé and Julien are preparing to celebrate many events in the months to come, such as the Football World Cup for which they will be organizing evenings.
