Philippe Conticini opens an ephemeral profiterole bar

Pastry chef Philippe Conticini returns with a new pop-up pastry bar. This year, he is making minute profiteroles, from June 25 to July 16, 2022!

And three! After its chouquette bar and its minute millefeuille bar, Philip Conticini reiterates the blow and reveals, for thesummer 2022a new ephemeral pastry bar, in the Philippe Conticini boutique in the 3rd arrondissement. From June 25 to July 16, 2022, gourmet Parisians and tourists passing through will be able to discover and above all taste a French pastry classicbrilliantly revisited by the famous pastry chef : them profiteroles.

Like the millefeuilles last year, these are minute climbs, for the pleasure of the eyes even before that of the taste buds. Here, the profiteroles are made with a choux pastry covered with cane sugar, for the crunch! Each cabbage is then generously topped with ice cream with the flavor chosen by you, and accompanied by a sauce and of toppings paired with ice cream. Deliciousness guaranteed!

And the choice is vast! Indeed, gourmands and gourmets will be able to choose among the 4 flavors following:

  • Passion fruit ice creamaccompanied by an exotic fruit sauce with pieces of mango and an exotic whipped cream
  • Strawberry ice cream with pieces of strawberries and its red fruit sauce, a few fresh strawberries and vanilla whipped cream
  • Ice Cream With Vanilla Bourbon from Madagascar, served with its fleur de sel caramel sauce, caramelized pecans and vanilla whipped cream
  • Chocolate ice cream 66% and its chocolate sauce, chocolate hazelnut streusel and chocolate whipped cream
