The developers behind the Floki Inu preferred to remain anonymous. They use pseudonyms to communicate with the community: Jackie Xu, Saber, and MrBrown Whale.

Floki Inu: A new advertising campaign that has dog
With this new advertising campaign, the canine token has invaded the English capital: 100 buses, and 203 metro banners carry advertising posters with slogans such as: “Floki does not do politics, we build ecosystems”.
The marketing director of the project, known under the pseudonym Saber, qualifies this strong comeback of the floki inu as a “even greater victory” for the Floki Vikings.
As a reminder, Siân Berry, member of the London Assembly, declared war in 2021 on campaigns promoting cryptocurrencies. His tweet at the time showed an advertisement for the floki inu:
“It is out of the question that our public services are used to advertise these unregulated and risky systems to Londoners.»
The UK’s Advertising and Standards Regulatory Authority (ASA) had to intervene during the canine token’s previous campaign, launched at the end of 2021, following negative feedback from Floki critics. The regulator then banned, in March 2022, the continuation of this promotional campaign in London.
Will Floki Inu win the adoption war via this guerrilla marketing method? The canine token faces its competitors, the Dogecoin and the Shiba Inu (SHIB), but also regulators who have already cracked down in the past. The project wants to make a name for itself but it is still an embryonic stage.
